Child Safety Standards

Last updated: 12 October 2026

1. Purpose and scope

These Child Safety Standards apply to Frndsup, a social networking and dating application that helps users connect and communicate through profiles, chat, voice calls, video calls, events, and other available features.

Frndsup is committed to protecting children from abuse, sexual exploitation, grooming, and other forms of harm. These standards apply to all users and all content or interactions facilitated through Frndsup.

2. Minimum age

Frndsup is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Individuals under 18 are not permitted to create an account or use the app.

Users must provide truthful age information. Accounts suspected of belonging to minors may be restricted while the concern is reviewed and may be suspended or removed where appropriate.

An age declaration alone does not guarantee that every minor can be identified.

3. Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation

Frndsup strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Creating, uploading, requesting, possessing, sharing, or distributing CSAM.
  • Grooming or attempting to groom a child for sexual purposes.
  • Sexual solicitation, exploitation, trafficking, or sextortion involving a child.
  • Sexualising, exploiting, threatening, or coercing a minor.
  • Using chat, voice calls, video calls, profiles, images, or other app features to facilitate child abuse or exploitation.
  • Attempting to contact or manipulate minors for sexual purposes.

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension or termination, and reports to the appropriate authorities where required by law.

4. Reporting child-safety concerns

Users and other concerned individuals can report suspected child exploitation or other child-safety violations to Frndsup.

Child-safety contact: frndsup.support@gmail.com

When reporting a concern, include relevant information such as the account identifier, a description of the concern, and available evidence. Do not download, forward, or redistribute suspected illegal material.

Users can also use Frndsup's in-app reporting feature where available.

Frndsup will review reports, prioritise urgent child-safety concerns, and take appropriate action under these standards and applicable law.

5. Investigation and enforcement

When Frndsup receives a child-safety report, it will assess the available information and take appropriate action.

Depending on the circumstances, action may include:

  • Restricting or suspending an account while a report is investigated.
  • Removing prohibited content or disabling access to it.
  • Permanently terminating accounts involved in confirmed violations.
  • Preserving relevant records where legally required.
  • Escalating confirmed cases to the appropriate authorities as required by applicable law.

Frndsup prohibits retaliation against users who make good-faith safety reports.

6. Handling child sexual abuse material

Frndsup prohibits CSAM and will take appropriate action when it obtains actual knowledge of such material, in accordance with these standards and applicable law.

This may include removing the material or disabling access to it, restricting associated accounts, preserving relevant evidence where required, and reporting the matter to the appropriate regional or national authority.

Frndsup will not knowingly permit its services to be used to distribute or facilitate child sexual abuse material.

7. Compliance with child-safety laws

Frndsup is committed to complying with applicable child-protection and online-safety laws.

The service will maintain procedures for reviewing child-safety reports and escalating confirmed cases to the appropriate authorities when legally required.

Where applicable, Frndsup will cooperate with lawful requests from relevant authorities and follow Google Play's Child Safety Standards and Child Endangerment policies.

8. Child-safety point of contact

For child sexual abuse and exploitation concerns, or questions about Frndsup's child-safety standards and compliance, contact:

App: Frndsup

Email: frndsup.support@gmail.com

The designated contact is responsible for receiving child-safety concerns and coordinating the appropriate review and response.

9. Updates to these standards

Frndsup may update these standards to reflect changes in its features, safety procedures, or applicable legal requirements. The latest version will be published on this page.

These standards are intended to protect users and prevent Frndsup from being used to facilitate child abuse or exploitation.
